Klein ISD Pre-Participation Paperwork Requirements: Klein ISD requires completion of UIL paperwork, Emergency Information, and an athletic physical every year prior to participation in any athletic practice, game or athletic class period. The UIL/Emergency information will be completed online. You may access the site by clicking the button below.
